(#69) Slow Traffic

Spotted this sign while visiting Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area. I love desert tortoises and some day I will have one again. It is illegal to harm or take desert tortoises from their environment. We were here in February and all of the tortoises are in hibernation for the winter.
