Detail of the Easter sun. Here you can see the stained glass influence more clearly. I used strips of black crushed velvet to imitate the stained glass leading. Also, this design is the same as the Lenten moon design, just turned horizontally. The background purple-to-orange was done using watered down paint in spray bottles, before applying the sun pieces. The inspiration came in part from a show of Tiffany pieces at the Seattle Art Museum.
