Jenbito Cake Camp
I attended a class with Sharon Zambito and Jennifer Dontz over the weekend. This is the cake that we created! I am very pleased with the way it turned out. Most of us were having lots of trouble with our fondant stretching and tearing. Fortunately they all turned out great despite the fondant issues. This is my first topsy turvy cake. I had made some not so great attempts at gumpaste roses in the past. These by far are much better! I had a ton of fun and met some great people!
