60th Birthday Cake

I also made two similar cakes to go along with this one. They looked pretty impressive all together! They were large cakes, each served about 50. Decorated with swiss meringue buttercream, topped with ganache and fresh fruit. I found some currants at the grocery store and while they didn't taste very good, they looked especially pretty on the cake.
