Wondering, Wandering Fish

We ate in downtown Sapporo this evening (it took longer than expected to get a new phone for Naomi - paperwork). We went to a buffet of Japanese food - it was excellent; not too salty or greasy. I found some tiny fish under my broccoli and thought it rather odd, but that's just me - fish this size (or smaller) is a common taste enhancer here... This particular fish was about 1 cm in length and seems to be wondering how it wandered onto my plate.
