From Bright Skies to Dark Skies
Time-lapse video of us going from near Rancho Cordova, California to Shingle Springs, California via Folsom. At the beginning of the video the sky is light and mostly sunny. By the time we get to the US Post Office in Shingle Springs, it's dark from the smoke from the King Fire along with some thunder-like clouds. A couple of times when I was making this movie I had to readjust the lighting because it kept on getting too dark as we headed east.
It turns out that the "thunder-like" clouds were - we had thunder and lightning last night and we actually got some rain! Yay!
