This is a cosmetic spoon depicting a nude girl with a girdle on, walking in the marshes with a pot on her shoulder. This is a fairly standard image with erotic connotations in the new kingdom, and is perhaps supposed to remind the viewer of Hathor, the cow goddess in the marshes.
