Poutine cupcakes

These cupcakes went with a faux poutine cake. BTW, poutine is a French Canadian delicacy of fries, cheese curds and gravy served in a big heap! The "french fries" are toasted sponge cake, the "gravy" is butterscotch sauce and the "cheese curds" are made out of white chocolate.
