mocha cake
I think I write nicely in script, but I have to work on my spacing for my rosettes.
Another one of my favorite cakes: moist vanilla cake with 1 layer of apricot jam and another layer of mocha ( yummy to the max) buttercream. covered in mocha bc with combo ( vanilla & choc bc swirls) rosettes, each topped with alternating plops of apricot and fudge. "mocha" is written in fudge.
Learning to use that silly little comb isnt as easy as it seems.
Thats the problem though- my new boss just does it once to show me, in like 4 seconds flat and makes it look effortless! Yeah right!! LOL
