MINARETE DE ISLAM KHOJA
The Islam Khoja complex is almost modern, dating from the beginning of the 20th century. It was named after Islam Khoja, the prime minister of Isfandiar Khan. It includes a minaret and a mosque, the former being known as the symbol of Khiva. KHIVA, UZBEKISTAN.
Its shape, tapering towards the top, harks back to the earliest examples of 14th-century architecture. Brickwork alternates with bands of glazed patterns on the minaret. The height of the minaret is 56.6 meters, and the diameter of the foundation is 9.5 at the base.
El complejo de Islam Khoja es prácticamente moderno y data de principios del siglo XX. Fue nombrado en honor a Islam Khoja, el primer ministro de Isfandiar Khan. El mismo incluye un minarete y una mezquita, siendo el primero conocido como el símbolo de Jivá. KHIVA, UZBEKISTAN.
