Just finished a chilly drink

This konik horse took a drink in a little brook wich is between the reed and was not frozen at Oostvaarders National park, even the Dutch parliment had a special extra meeting about should the animals be extra fed in the winter or should they manage themselves, the majority thinks the last version, when they opened the park that was one of the main goals that the animals should manage themselves under all circumstances, but now it grows to be a national controvery , the only thing i can say about it that nearly every animal i have seen looks in good health, and behaves like they should
