Delphi

Delphi's Archaeological Museum contains a wealth of treasures excavated at the site of Ancient Delphi, just next door. Without a doubt, it is one of Greece's finest museums of classical art and antiquities. This photograph is of a pair of Archaic kourai (said to be Kleobis and Biton), dating from around 580 BC. They are also known as the 'Twins of Argos'.
