Two meals for two tastes

Halibut with a fresh basil & garlic panko crust, roasted on top of potatoes, asparagus and tomatoes. And the vegan version on the right with tofu instead of the fish.

 

I adapted the recipe from here, using some fresh basil instead of the spinach. Was very tasty, healthy, and fairly easy to make.
