Spartacus!

Among all the different shapes and sizes of dahlias at Ferncliff Gardens, this one stood out as bold and somewhat ominous. Looking at the name posted below, I saw it was aptly named Spartacus.

 

This was a big flower, at least 8 inches in diameter!
