Vegan French Toast

A tasty eggless recipe made with a batter containing coconut milk, mashed bananas, cinnamon and other goodies. Recipe is from the Rebar Cookbook.

 

These ones were decadently topped with fresh blueberries and strawberries, and chocolate chips.

 

My favourite bread to use for this is Squirrely Bread by Silver Hills.
