QAL blocking 2

Step 2 - the exact center of the blocking board was marked with a rustproof T-pin. The concentric circles and diagonal lines were drawn on the mats with a Sharpie permanent marker after purchase, but they were drawn on a grid of 2x2 pieces for blocking smaller items, and this shawl was blocked on a 3x3 grid so the lines were ignored.
