PizzaLongWay

The long view of pizza baked on a cookie sheet. The bottom crust was fairly thin but the sides were poofy--sort of a hybrid of thin crust and deep dish. Toppings are veggie pepperoni, sliced Kalamata olives, a substantial but not thick coat of Newman's Own Sockarooni Sauce, and plenty of mozzarella.
