Elasmothemis constricta
7th day at REGUA, weather is awesome hot. This libelluid was flying in the main big river, which was quite shallow, meaning we could easily walk in it. We found a new damselfly for the state of Rio in the river. Elasmothemis constricta is one of the few libelluids I've seen with metallic colours. My third Elasmothemis photographed.
