A Day Trip to Bà Nà Hills

M's Day Out

Bà Nà Hill Station is located in the Trường Sơn Mountains, 42 km west of the city of Đà Nẵng, in central Vietnam. It was founded in 1919 by French colonists to be used as a leisure destination. The French village is designed as a miniature picture of France with works that simulate squares, churches, towns, hotels ...

Being located 1,485 m (4,872 ft) above sea level, the temperature is significantly cooler (10–15°C) and it has a view of the East Sea and the surrounding mountains.

The Ba Na Cable Car, opened on 29 March 2013, holds the world record for longest non-stop single track cable car at 5,801 m (19,032 ft) in length.
