Caterpiggily

I liked playing with this game. i wondered how many combinations could be made and if it was possible to use all the pieces. Maybe one piece is missing. The outside of the card says there are 45 cards and there are but the directions on the inside lid say there is a head, tail and 44 cards. Whitman 1970
