(black): BANK OF ENGLAND WAX. HYDE. LONDON - WALLER & CO. DUBLIN. Presumably, Waller & Company of Dublin was the retailer.

 

(orange): PURE VERMILION SEALING WAX - in Gothic script.

Size (box): 7 1/2" x 2 1/4" x 1 7/8"(189mm x 58mm x 47mm).

Approximate age: c.1900 to 1930's.
