Highland Women's Unionist Association (TBC?) H.W.U.A. - 1920s or earlier

I am informed this badge was issued by the Highland Women's Unionist Association, a political organisation affiliated to the Conservative (Tory) Party. If anyone can confirm this, it would be really appreciated?

From the style of badge and pin, I'd say it's an early issue at least 1920's but possibly pre-WW1. The theme of 'Unity & Empire' was a major policy of the Conservatives during the late Victorian and early 20th century.

Thank you for reading.

Stuart.
