"Entry"
We call this room the "entry". It was the original entrance into the home, but with the previous renovations it could no longer be used as the "entrance". We put the spiral stair case in the 2 story bay, instead. However, we left the architectural detail of where the original stairs were. Due to previous renovations this stair case could no longer be used either. We have tried to keep as much of the integrity of the original house as we could, while making it comfortable for 21st century living.
