Spesso comprendiamo il senso delle cose non perché vi sia una chiara consapevolezza delle nostre scelte, ma guardando cosa abbiamo fatto, le nostre azioni, cosa hanno determinato, e riusciamo a darci qualche risposta. Il mio lavoro è prendermi cura delle persone come psicoterapeuta e psichiatra, insegno, come fa l'artigiano, ai giovani psicologi e medici questo mestiere, e ci sono arrivato attraverso una strada tortuosa e per nulla facile. All'inizio credo di aver unito la mia passione per il sociale al bisogno di riscatto familiare prendendo una laurea in medicina, passando poi dal solo corpo … alla persona. E io ho incontrato in questi anni migliaia di persone e ho ascoltato e riletto con loro migliaia di storie personali, delle coppie, delle famiglie. Ora guardo a questo lavoro con l'affetto di un nonno che ha condiviso con gli altri le sofferenze della vita e con qualche inquietudine per i giovani.

Often we understand the sense of events not because there is a clear awareness of our choices, but looking at what we've done, our actions, what they have determined, and we are able to give us some answers. My job is to take care of people as a psychotherapist and psychiatrist, I teach, how does the craftsman, to young psychologists and doctors this craft, and I came through a winding road and nt easy at all. At the beginning I think I've combined my passion for social cause with the need of familiar redemption taking a degree in medicine, then I moved from the body ... to the person. And I've met in recent years thousands of people and I have listened to and read with them thousands of personal stories of couples, of families. Now I look at this work with the affection of a grandfather who has shared with others the sufferings of life and with some concern for young people.
