Rice& Green lentil
1 cups green lentils.
11/2 cups rise.
1 onion, chopped.
2 garlic clove, chopped.
50 m"l oil.
salt.
peper.
vegetable stock.
*Cover lentils with cold water and leave for the night.
Heat oil .Fry onion till gold.add garlic and lentils. cover with cold water. Add peper, salt and vegetable stock. Boil and cook till soft.
Add 3 cups boiling water. Heat until simmering. add the rise. cover and cook for 20 minutes over low heat.Remove from the heat and leave to cool without taking of the lid.
