Supper is done! Ok, it’s not done, but it’s done. If you read my post today (digiscrapping.net/blog/?p=2758), Christiano is sick. I took a few minutes while he was playing good to throw chili together in the crock pot. Now, I know in my recipe (digiscrapping.net/blog/?p=2529) I said to cook the meat first, but I didn’t have time, I was racing a baby who would get cranky at any minute. My mom makes it this way and it’s always good. I just cook it before I stick it in in case for some reason we have to eat sooner than anticipated. The rest is hot and I know the meat is cooked thoroughly. No soccer tonight, nothing special to do, so it’ll have a good long time to get done.
