The Palace Theatre opened its door in 1921 as a vaudeville house. In the 1930s the Palace changed from vaudeville to showing motion pictures. In the mid 1990s the building was facing domolition. The community saved the Classical Revival style building. In 2012, the building was hosting the performing arts.
