refrigeration unit where seedlings were stored prior to planting. The Marcell Ranger Station is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The buildings and structures from the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) era are listed as contributing structures. Because the Tree Cooler House was constructed some years after the CCC structures, the Tree Cooler House, is considered a non-contributing structure.
