Virginia, Hanover, Hanover County Courthouse

The one-story brick building with gable roof on the Hanover County Courthouse square flanks the Hanover Courthouse building on the north. The building was constructed around 1835. It housed the tile clerk's office. The adjacent building is a much modern version of the original building

 

The tile clerk office building is located in the Hanover County Courthouse Historic District listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is a contributing property.
