Eastern Gray Tree Frog, Minnesota, New Brighton

The Gray Tree Frog has conspicuous finger and toe disks. The frog produces a sticky substance on their toe pads that allow them to climb and hang on smooth surfaces. The tree frog can change its color from tones of green to gray to brown within minutes. They often change colors in response to habitat or surroundings.
