Maryland, St. Mary's County- St. Inigoes, Mail Pouch
The Mail Pouch barn advertisement was one of my most thrilling finds- virtually coming out of the blue. The Mail Pouch advertisement, located off a lightly travelled rural road in southeastern Maryland, was not expected. The owner of the barn, apparently, for personal gratification, commissioned Harley Warrick to paint the advertisement. Warrick's signature and date ("H. Warrick 89") are below the word "Best" and the right of the word "slaw." I derived good vibes from seeing the barn advertisement- its a tribute to Warrick. And, to the owner, I extend my appreciation.
