The three-story China Grove Roller Mill was built in 1903. Over the years various additions were made to the original structure. The mill was built for steam power and converted to electricity in 1906. The mill produced flour, wheat germ, wheat bran, cornmeal and feed for the local market. The mill closed in 1995. The mill was renovated and is home to local historical society and museum. The structure is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
