Aveling & Porter Steam Roller 11145 "Ayesha"
1925-built Aveling & Porter D-Class steam road roller 11145 "Ayesha", an 8-tonner registered TN 216, hauling a living/works van past the fairground at Beamish Museum.
Despite appearances to the contrary the living van is almost brand new, having been carefully created in the appropriate style by "Ayesha"s owners.
The steam roller was at Beamish for the Steam Gala event on 9/10 April 2022.
