Trotting enthusiastically along the road, this pair of fine Clydesdales draw a conscripted brewery van towards the troops who are doubtless looking forward to it's imminent arrival.
Although the brewery van is a permanent resident, the horses and crew were at Beamish Museum as part of the museum's Horses at War event of September 2018, celebrating the huge part that horses played in the first World War.
