Just in time for Halloween. We found this guy in Virginia City, Nevada last spring. He appeared to be the store greeter. One felt obligated to make a purchase as he he looked a bit psychotic. He had to be a very valued employee as he was wearing more than one hat. Virginia City, located just a short distance from Reno, Nevada was a very interesting small town to visit.
