This Monarch Butterfly photo was taken near Fayetteville, Arkansas. We took a little side trip out of Branson, Missouri and just happened to stumble onto a couple of them working a local flower garden. They were the first wild Monarchs that I have been able to find and photograph. The Monarch has exceptional colors and markings.
