This is one of three Tiger Cubs born at the Omaha Zoo. They are now about 8 weeks old. The other two were resting when we were there. This little one looked like double trouble.
Amur tigers, native to eastern Russia, are considered endangered by the International Union for Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources. Accredited zoos have seen five tiger births, including Omaha’s in the past year.
