I have studied physics, nutrition, and nature for a while and that is why I realize the importance of using natural remedies for eating and living. I favor reading nonfiction books but I like science fiction movies, especially time travel. Ten years ago I decided to study nutrition, since I want to make sure that as I aged I would know how to care for myself. I hope my e-books and writings can help you gain better health.
