stolen images and estate planning

So I'm wandering through the garden center's four acres of luscious plants, feeling a bit guilty as I was just taking photos and not planning to buy anything, when a woman approached me and asked, "Why don't you buy something, instead of just taking pictures?" Whaaa?? Was she conjured up by my guilty conscience? She didn't work there. "Estate planning," I said briskly, snapping a couple more shots. Huh. Don't know where that came from! But it worked and she walked away, probably hoping to find someone else to hassle.
