Site analysis

The two things i want to show that i focused on from the site are public/ prvate and speed. The first two diagrams on the left show the private/ public analysis of the site. One shows it in plan and one in section. The dense, low lines showing a private space (right by the existing wall at Newbury) and it shows how the site becomes more open and public towards the back. The two diagrams on the right show the speed aspect that I took from the site. It shows the heavy traffic along the side walk with some bits of traffic overflowing into the site for mainly the realty building. I tried to recreate the speed collage along Newbury passing by while you feel almost safe and protected from the heavy flow of traffic when within the enclosed site.
