Edinburgh: St James redevelopment

The development from the Register House end of Leith Street.

 

Laing O’Rourke is the main contractor for the £469m Edinburgh St James construction project. The construction phase began on 17 October 2016, with the closure of the St James Shopping Centre followed by its demolition. Completion scheduled in 2021. The Edinburgh St James project has an estimated investment value of over £1 billion.
