Data is from Worldometer.com. While time series data is available at the national level, US state level raw data is only available for 2 days. I decided to create a time series data by recording the data every day.

2020-03-30 will be the last set of these series for the time being. My wife found a website that has time series historical data as well as a model for prediction. Based on this model, the worst day is predicted to be around May 5th (as of March 31st prediction). It was predicted as May 2nd on March 30th. Prediction does factor in real life data.

The covid19.heathdata.org model was updated on April 5th using the latest life data from various states in the US as well as Spanish and Italian cities.
