(Sanford Center) -- Terry Broadhurst scored twice and Jayson Megna added a pair of assists to lift the University of Nebraska-Omaha over the Bemidji State University men’s ice hockey team in Western Collegiate Hockey Association play Saturday at Sanford Center. Owning a 2-1 lead heading into the third period, the Mavericks netted three goals during the final 20 minutes to pull away handing BSU its first setback at home this season and ending the Beavers’ seven-game unbeaten streak in the series (5-0-2) dating back to Feb. 27, 2009.
