Traditional Kazakh Dish "Beshbarmak"

This is a common dish in many nomadic cultures. Its basic ingredients are: thoroughly cooked meat /lamb or horse/ and thin pieces of pasta. The one on this photo was cooked with the horse meat. These are usually specially bred mares. Broth is served separately in small bowls. This dish is very tasty and nutricious.
