This is my New Year's Eve photo for the group Macro Mondays. This week we could pick any theme from the whole year. It was called "Redux 2018"

-Imperfection (dust on the sphere)
-Ready for the day (The decorations were up by Christmas... just barely, but we WERE ready for the day!)
- Photography Gear (since you can see my camera lens in the reflection)
-Multicolor
-Holiday Bokeh (I was too busy and stressed the week before Christmas to participate, so I am glad to get to do this theme now... although there is only a tiny bit of actual bokeh in the upper right corner... so I listed this one last!)
-Glass

I put an alternate shot in the first comment. I actually liked the second one better in some ways, but I wasn't sure it fit the "under three inches rule".
