Positive Behavior

"Allow me to introduce you to my healthy daily breakfast. To the left are my egg beaters. I make scrambled eggs but from the carton. They are mostly egg whites, but with some flavoring. Next in line is my chocolate protein shake sweetened with Stevia. Next is my fiber shake. It's half the daily fiber a woman needs. You can see me pouring my soy milk that I mix with my protein shake. In the very front is a packet of my daily vitamins. Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day, and my healthiest. Taking care of my health is very important to me, and that starts with a good diet," said Sophia Hyde of Plant City. Sophia is a Public Relations major at USF.
