The Card Game
I was fiddling with the manual setting and decided this crew would be my subject while I fiddled around with settings etc. In the end I actually liked the composition. Its a slice of life in Koreatown in Toronto. This was taken at the Tim Hortons Coffee shop at Christie Park. What I like about this candid pic is the smile the guy on the right has. Its the self confident smile of anyone who has played cards and knows that he/she has a great hand. I was positioned one table away so I couldnt tell which game they were playing or what hand he held......but I didnt need to see his hand ...I could tell from that smile...he was goin to ACE ( no pun intended) it !
Oh yeah while I dont believe there's a Timmy's in Pakistan ( at least not yet) there is a Timmy's ( Tim Horton's) in Kabul. Yes that crew are drinking the popular Iced Cappucino that you see on the table. Yep i was drinking it toooooo....its soooo good !!!!!
Not attending any festivals this weekend. I am keeping my Mom company as my sister and her whole family have gone over the border to the United States for the long weekend partially since my nephew is playing in a baseball game there and since they will be there, they will relax in the US for the weekend.
