Perhaps the most beautiful lake in America, Lake Tahoe provides amazing views all along the loop drive.

Here boulders protrude from the crystal clear water at Zephyr Cove in Nevada. In the background, on the California side of the lake, can be seen the Sierra Nevada range of mountains.

The lake is divided down the vertical center between the two states.
