Newsflash !!! Transdev "Harrogate Connect" Launch Service X6.... Optare Solo... 1254, V844FSG. Station Parade Harrogate.
Following a major overhaul of the service 6...... a new peak time service was introduced on Monday 29th July 2013.
The X6 operates direct to Cardale Park stopping only in Harrogate Bus Station and The White Hart.
She operates 3 direct services up in the morning ( each trip returns NOS.. ) and 3 direct services down in the evening ( each trip returns NOS... )
The service even has a dedicated vehicle....... Optare Solo 1254, V844FSG. Admittedly she looks pretty good in "connect" livery BUT !!! she must be the oldest frontline vehicle to be found Transdev Yorkshire at 14 years old.
She is seen here heading away from Harrogate with a full load on the 08.10 service today.
