Very Very Few Of These In Leeds. First Bradford Wrights "Shower Cubicle" Volvo B7. 60906, YG02DHN. Leeds Bus Station.
The first batch of Wrights Eclipse single deck Volvo B7 saloons struggled to accomodate the complete engine gearbox etc and ended up with a compromise that appeared to be a "shower cubicle" where three of the rear seats would be located. Clearly this was not going to be successful and in 2003 Volvo built the B7RLE that was better designed to fit in the space and did away with the appalling "shower cubicle". First Bradford operate a few of these early B7's that First Group took from the beginning and 66906 YG02DHN is seen here at 07.20am this morning prior to returning to Bradford on route 670. Note she is still in the "old" livery
